"Thoughtful" face

A very determined young girl, Annike seems to know exactly what she wants and how to get it. On her fourth year, Annike developed her cheekiness even more and refuses to be referred to as a 'little girl' or 'baby'. Although she is smaller in size than other children her own age, she doesn't let this stop her from doing things. She is now very good at her scooter and is starting to ride a bicycle. She also likes roller skating while Arianne roller blades.

As ever before, Annike loves dressing up in Princess costumes although she no longer likes being Snow White. Her favourite princess lately is Cinderella, Jasmine (from Alladin) and Barbie Island Princess.

This January, both Annike and Arianne started attending theatre classes on Saturdays. The class is divided into age groups so Annike doesn't do it with Arianne. Annike's classes are divided into 3 parts; singing, dancing and drama. I can guess that she would be best at the latter. She also started swimming classes and as expected she is more daring than the other kids who are taller than her.

Among her favourite DVD's are "High School Musical 1 and 2", "Joseph and the Technicolor Dreamcoat" and "Happily Never After". For songs, Annike has quite a varied repertoire, from 70's through to the noughties. She loves singing along to "The Greatest Love of All" and any High Scool Musical piece.

Annike is learning to write now and is getting more interested in reading. She goes to two schools during the week; The Catholic School, Our Lady Queen of Heaven and in Montessori. She prefers making frineds with older kids and have very few friends her own age. Her 'boyfriend' changes from Henry to Alfie depending on her mood.
